In our One-on-One Personal Training sessions, our fitness professional will have a greater opportunity to evaluate your fitness and movement levels. Every body is different, and every person moves in their own unique ways. In a One-on-One session, our fitness professional can determine how to progress you through functionally relevant movements in a way that is specific to you!
